My husband always orders this soup, it's a little spicy but you won't regret ordering this: bun bo hue pho.

The place changed owners recently and their food is getting better. We tried their new pho, Bun Bo Hue and the grilled pork banh mi - banh mi is good. Their combo now includes fries, you can choose normal fries or sweet potato fries. They even give us a small cup of simple broth/soup to have with it. Surprised that I can taste pate in their banh mi! - the pho broth is one of the best I have ever had. It's slightly sweeter than what I normally want but it's super tasty. I actually can eat the pho as it is, don't need to put hoisin sauce or the chili sauce for this pho. Might just need to squeeze a bit of lime to make it better. They now offer only one size for their pho. - Bun Bo Hue: very flavorful and tasty broth. it has the right cut of beef and pork, but not pork knuckles. I wish that they could make their sate spicier then it'd be perfect! You guys need to give this spicy beef noodles a try! Overall, I'm so happy, my wish is fulfilled! Finally, there's a place to have decent Bun Bo Hue in the Eastside. Will definitely need to come back more often for Bun Bo Hue and try other food.

This place is PHO-ken amazing (get it?) The service was well done! Friendly and Hard working the place was well kept and they even had a mini bar to sit at! The entrance is pretty cool. I just wish there was a bit more space between the door and bamboo.. However the food is SO DELICIOUS! Well made and great temperature! I would definitely recommend coming here with friends, family or just yourself! Again the lighting was to dim for my personal taste and the halo wall decor they used was quite amazing! Maybe if they made more of the theme video game style that would be cool to see ! Unfortunately since I was in a rush I didn’t get to inspect the place fully Enjoy!!!

Beautiful and yumm!! All the ordered stuff was great in taste and presentation. Went as a family of 10 mem They arranged and sorted the chairs accordingly and took the order . Food was served soon in less than 10mins. I could see only 1 lady in the pho house who is serving/greeting/arranging (all in one). Fresh Coconut water Chicken fried rice (little salty). Skewers (the best) Banh mi (tofu) great Banh mi (pork) great Lemongrass Chicken vermicelli (side- fried egg rolls) Didn't like fried egg rolls(oily and didn't meet expectation) Wanted to order - flan desert- (not available)

Solid pho! Good chewy noodles, rich broth, chicken was clearly made in a broth and had lots of flavor. The owner also recommended us to get the coconut juice which was very cool, the coconut was ripe and filled to the brim. Whoever cut it was very skilled at it. Their zucchini noodles are good too. The service was great, the new owners clearly care a lot and are passionate about the quality of the food.

Bun Bo Hue was great! First time having it so I have no comparison beyond pho, but consider me converted. Perfectly balanced heat, salt, and savory elements. Good thin beef, chunks were a bit on the tougher-chewy side (which I know to be authentic, just not my preference, no deductions), and the meatballs were incredible (not hard-packed, not falling part, just right). Combination bahn mi was fairly standard, no complaints. Service was friendly, fast, and observant. Water never stayed empty for even a minute. Great atmosphere with lo-fi hip-hop music and Halo posters, which personally appeal to me. If you think it's random, it's just because the owner is a big fan too. Clearly someone of fine taste. It seems they specialize in Hue style, so I'd recommend the Bun Bo Hue, especially since it's uncommon.

Super friendly staff. Great food get the spring rolls (A6) you won’t be disappointed. Cool atmosphere, lots of Halo posters!

This place changed the owner and is remodeled - I’d say it’s becoming my favorite go-to place for Bun Bo Hue again! Very authentic with all the ingredients, tasty
